Clarity Frameworks is an independent enterprise architecture and strategy advisory based in New York City.
The firm was founded by Aja Lucero, Enterprise Architect and Principal Consultant. She partners with leadership teams to design visual context that brings clarity to complex environments, aligning strategy, execution, and the systems that enable them.
Before founding Clarity Frameworks, Aja led large-scale transformation initiatives across technology, operations, and people systems. Her background spans enterprise architecture, operating model design, and organizational dynamics, enabling her to identify the structural causes behind operational friction.
Aja is TOGAF certified and a member of the Association of Enterprise Architects and the Business Architecture Guild.
Clarity Frameworks draws from established industry standards including TOGAF, BizBOK, and IT4IT, blending disciplined architecture frameworks with a practical, human-centered approach.
